These are the terms under which we operate. We have written them to be clear and fair — not to obscure your rights, but to define how we work together. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything in this document.

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pressed by Nature website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Pressed by Nature is operated by Reni Brands Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].

2. Products & Descriptions

We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, natural botanical products vary slightly in colour, aroma, and consistency between batches — this is a feature of unrefined, single-origin oils, not a defect. The colour and scent of our oils are natural and are preserved deliberately. We do not guarantee that your screen will display colours exactly as they appear in person.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the displayed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days from our Melbourne warehouse. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for standard shipping within Australia, and 7–21 business days for international orders. These are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or international carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. We ship to most countries; shipping availability and costs are displayed at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every product we sell. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please note: we cannot accept returns of opened products for change-of-mind reasons due to the nature of our products (oils and butters). Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit, less shipping costs.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Cosmetic Use Only

All products sold by Pressed by Nature are intended for external cosmetic use only. Our oils and butters are not therapeutic goods and are not registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). We do not make any therapeutic, medicinal, or health claims. If you have a skin condition or medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Perform a patch test before first use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Reni Brands Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pressed by Nature's liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of our products or website is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
