Cold-pressed from the seeds of Theobroma cacao grown on fair-trade farms in Côte d'Ivoire. Completely unrefined and undeodorised, it retains its characteristic chocolate aroma and the full spectrum of cocoa polyphenols. If you've only ever used white, odourless cocoa butter, you haven't met the real thing.
